Service Terms

Service Terms

Effective date: June 16, 2026  ·  Version: 1.0

These Service Terms govern access to and use of the All Electric Monitoring Platform, an internal solar fleet monitoring and reporting application operated by All Electric Construction & Communication, LLC.

1. Who we are

The All Electric Monitoring Platform (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by All Electric Construction & Communication, LLC, together with its solar division and affiliate AEC Solar LLC (collectively, “All Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our principal place of business is 180 Wampus Lane, Milford, CT 06460, United States. All Electric is the installer of record and operations and maintenance (O&M) provider for the photovoltaic (PV) systems monitored through the Platform.

2. What the Platform does

The Platform is an internal business application used by All Electric personnel to consolidate and monitor performance data from PV systems that All Electric installs, owns, or services. The Platform connects to manufacturer and third-party monitoring services — including the SMA Monitoring and Live APIs and other platforms such as SolarEdge, AlsoEnergy, Fronius, SolrenView, and eGauge — to retrieve plant- and device-level data. The Platform is used to:

  • Verify real-time and historical energy production across monitored systems;
  • Detect underperforming inverters, communication failures, and fault or alarm conditions;
  • Reconcile measured production against power purchase agreement (PPA) and applicable tariff or incentive billing; and
  • Produce performance reporting for system owners and internal operations.

The Platform is intended for internal use by All Electric and authorized representatives. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public.

3. Authorized access and system-owner consent

Access to data from a connected monitoring service requires authorization from the relevant system owner. Where a data provider such as SMA requires it, the system owner grants explicit, revocable consent through the provider’s own authorization process (for example, an OAuth 2.0 consent screen) before All Electric can retrieve data for that system. A system owner may withdraw that authorization at any time through the data provider, after which All Electric will no longer be able to retrieve new data for the affected system.

All Electric accesses only the systems for which it holds operational or maintenance authority or has received owner authorization, and uses connected services solely for the purposes described in these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Users of the Platform agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for legitimate All Electric business purposes and in accordance with their authorization;
  • Refrain from accessing systems or data they are not authorized to access;
  • Comply with the terms, rate limits, and acceptable-use rules of any connected data provider; and
  • Protect login credentials, API credentials, and access tokens from unauthorized disclosure.

5. Third-party data providers

Data displayed in the Platform originates in part from third-party monitoring services. Those services are operated by their respective providers under their own terms and policies, and All Electric does not control their availability, accuracy, or continuity. Use of data obtained through a provider’s API is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms. All Electric is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes originating with a third-party provider.

6. Accuracy and no warranty

The Platform aggregates data from multiple sources and presents it for monitoring and operational purposes. While All Electric takes reasonable care to present accurate information, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Monitoring data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any safety, financial, or regulatory decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to the Platform or the data presented through it, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and original content, is the property of All Electric and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Underlying system production data remains subject to the rights of the relevant system owners and data providers. No license to the Platform or its content is granted except as necessary for authorized use.

9. Changes to the Platform and these Terms

All Electric may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, and may update these Service Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
